Where can I find cherry juice?

Hi can anyone give me any thoughts on where I can find Cherry juice concentrate.

something like this:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/...izzloveheal-21

Im trying to find ways to help my tween sleep at night She goes to bed at 9 but is normally still awake till 10.30 and she is getting frustrated!

I have read that cherry juice concentrate can help so im willing to give it a go

https://www.bio-apo.ch/search/cherryplus

Can't really help with the cherry juice but there is a lot of research on teenage body clocks / circadian rhythm and it would seem your tween (soon to be teen?) is not alone in her sleeplessness.

THankyou, and double the price of the UK well thats typical!

I suggest ordering from amazon.co.uk.

Yes, I know, your own link but did you see the price (blueangel, did you??? LOL, found that one too). And they're not much better (cheaper) on amazon.de .

Yes I have read about it, seems like they are going through a pattern that stays till late teens early 20's

there is a really good TED talk about it

Im just going to try all the available advice, no screens an hour before bed nothing sweet, eating a banana and making sure she has the right amount of Magnesium ....

I think your right, UK amazon get so much of my business that I wanted to just try to see if its reasonable here but.....

Good luck - we're on a heading to that in a couple of years...

I did. Does this mean I'm becoming immune to Swiss prices? Also checked Aldi, Migros and Coop. Personally, I wouldn't drink any juice, nevermind a concentrate late in the day because of possible effects on teeth, but you could check out the Innocent juices in Coop and the juice bars in town.

Wow thank you for the effort of looking

Yes Im also dubious about concentrate at night for just those reasons, but im willing to try it!!!

Naaa, you just think locigally: They are probably hand-squeezed, bio (=no gloves), by a person working at the hourly Swiss rate of Fr. 80.00 - 120.00.

The stuff is cheap!

Actually fruit juice is not a healthy thing, full stop. Not only re your teeth, also re calories, sugar-consumption etc. etc.

But if it helps to sleep ..... I guess, it doesn't take liters of it.

Amazon can post it to my DE post box for 21chf! (won't post to CH thou ) but still cheaper. Shame for switzerland but when its more than double here....

Totally, apparently its 15ml twice 2hours before bed then 1 hour before bed.

You can take it as a 'shot' or in a smoothie.

Think she will go for the shot. She is not one for smoothies.

Have you talked to the pharmacist for other options?

Assuming there are no underlying medical conditions to worry about, some people find sublingual melatonin tablets or herbal teas with valerian in them help.

Good luck to you and your daughter.

Does the product you are looking for contain anything other than concentrated tart cherry juice?

If not, this from Cherry Republic (Michigan, US) is fantastic stuff:

https://www.cherryrepublic.com/shop-...ce-concentrate

Cherry Republic ships internationally. You'd have to call for shipping prices, but given the price difference to what is available here perhaps worth looking into.

I would avoid the cherry juice and go for the distilled stuff. Much better for you. They call it Kirsch here. Available at your local COOP or Migros. Good luck!

Not at Migros, unless you buy a ready-made cheese fondue, squeeze the liquid out of it and re-distill the juice.

Believe it or not, Cherry Republic is less than three miles from our home but I've never tried that stuff. In Leelanau County, there's cherries in everything, cherry salami, cherry pastrami, cherry cheese spread, cherry coffee, cherry mayonnaise, cherry salad dressing, cherry everything. Maddening.

Try THC-free dope, works for my wife!

For a 9-12 year old?

And even then all that comes out is probably white wine.
