Well, not actually - you propose a ban und a zero tolerance banner. I propose a cleaner, "better-lit" setting so the working girls have better conditions and less risk when out and about.. Not least to get to the ones pulling the strings... I do believe that there is a difference

BS.. legalising it does not eliminate the problem, but to ban it would mean to play in the pimps hands big time... You move it from the street (where you still have a way to check on some things) to private venues, closed houses - basically cages.
