I live in a very decent Area in Kreis 2 and it botheres me that this same old woman stands at the street corner every night and was wondering if there is anything i could do against it.

Curb walking? Is that British for street hooking? If so, it's legal in defined areas, as mentioned in this thread (though I can see where it'd be hard to wade through the children's pissing contest on the last page or two to find it).

The only other thing I could imagine you mean - sorry, I'm American - is loitering, and that doesn't quite seem enough to get your back up.

Theoretically, killing off the supply may eventually kill of the demand for alcoholic beverages. There is no biological imperative driving people to drink alcohol and those who have never drunk alcohol don't know what they are missing. This is NOT true with sex. Do you really think making prostitution illegal will dry up the demand for sex which fuels prostitution?

Not at all and thats not what im trying to do, all i want is for them to stick to Langstrasse and those sort of Areas, i guess its the same idea as to have a garbage dump in middle of Bahnhofstrasse...

Really garbage?? Why dont you run for the Geminde Rat - Municipality board, then you can make sure the garbage stays where it should, or else move.

Prositutes are humans, they were or are someone's daughter, and could be someone's mother. I cannot imagine that anybody would become a prositute because she is following her chldhood dream.

Sorry, but "old" woman?? Prostitute is not the first thing that would spring to my mind if I saw an elderly lady standing alone on a street corner. I think my first thought would be "lost" then "nursing home" but maybe I'm just weird.
