I want to buy cuckoo clock for someone as a gift. Can anyone suggest me a place in zurich where I can buy authentic cuckoo clock at a reasonable price?

The best place to look for "Schwarzwalduhren" would be in the Black Forest region of Germany.
I can't remember the exact location, but there used to be a store that sold cuckoo clocks in small streets of the old town in Zurich. From memory, it was in the area just behind the river (Strehlgasse, Glockengasse, Schusselgasse area). The whole shop window is filled with them.

Teddy's souvenir shop on the road underneath the Grossmunster has a wide selection of cuckoo clocks of varying quality. Including "Swiss Made" ones by Lötcher.
