I want to buy about 2 l of fresh double cream every week (UK double cream consistency, not the thick swiss stuff) and I can only find bio coop fresh double cream, which is expensive and they only have about 3 bottles of 200 mls each. Do you know of any shop that sells fresh double cream in large containers that hasn't been tempered with?
Maybe you can try a farm supply ?
There used to be a fresh milk / dairy products machine which actually dispensed farm-fresh milk, at the train station in Sood-Oberleimbach - I'm not sure if it's still there - the 'Tüfi Hof' has a demeter supplier with dairy products - in Adliswil - they are open on Wednesday and Friday afternoons for fresh dairy, meat and other foods...
