Heard about a new email service based out of Switzerland on radio this morning, similar to protonmail is now available (20GB free, two step security, calendar, mobile app) but I don't think I heard the domain accurately
I thought it was ikme but I couldn't find it. Idea was being promoted to disengage from google
Interested to know what would constitute "similar".
Does anyone know if gmail is still the only one with blocked geo-location, i.e. no-one can use the email headers to find out from where the email was sent?
Is that an option in gmail?
Doesn't apply to any recent emails I received from gmail, they have the original sender IP address in them.
are you using gmail web client, gmail App or gmail as IMAP/SMTP service?
None of the above - I'm the recipient of the (g)mail, not the sender!
