Does anyone know where I could buy some monosodium glutamate in Switzerland? Pure, unadultered stuff? My home cooking seems to be so bland without it
You could try some of the Asian shops not far from the main railway station.
Never bought it myself but seems to be a mainstay of a lot of Asian cooking so makes sense they might stock it.
I‘m fairly sure you can get it at Barkat by Schmiede Wiedikon tram stop...
