To save you wasting time on the click bait video, it’s not - but if you can do it the casino have a right to tell you to stop the game because you’re too good - what’s a ridiculous rule, when you’re skilled you can’t play as the only purpose of the casino is to earn money not loose, sound’s obvious, but I didn’t know it’s blunt clear 
As an owner of casino REIT VICI I approve of casinos not allowing card counting: these casinos need to pay rent to VICI which needs to pay dividends to me. 
I seriously doubt that it as actually illegal. But there is no no law the requires a business to accept everyone as a customer. They can choose who they do business with.
