Wi-Fi Calling and tethering/hotspot for new contract

After 2 years with a CHF35/month contact with Sunrise I realise that it was total overkill for my needs.

Alao are offering a deal with TalkTalk at CHF14.95/month which seems ideal.

But I can’t get any sense out of either Alao or TalkTalk. I need ‘wi-fi calling’ and ‘tethering/hotspot’. I get both these with Sunrise and TalkTalk uses the Sunrise network, The guy I phoned at Alao didn’t even know what wi-fi calling was - and TalkTalk didn’t respond to their inquiry form.

Anyone know if these are available on the current deal? The websites don’t mention either…

Beware that “Unlimited High-Speed-Data” usually means only 4G, and the coverage of this signal is rapidly decreasing in Switzerland in favor of 5G. Better clarify it before switching abo. It might be as usual, too good to be true

It seems to be allowed subject to fair use. So as long as you’re not planning to use it as your main domestic router you should be fine.

FYI I have renewed my Sunrise L contract for another 2 years at CHF29.90 after a bit of a haggle…
