Window's manual shutter/blind repair - Help required

Hello,

Does anyone have an idea of people doing the repair work for manually operated window shutters or blinds (Rollladen or Fensterladen in German). I have a window shutter operated by ribbon which was broken. I am staying in Kloten, Zurich - 8302. It is really urgent. Many thanks in advance.

contact your landlord or house caretaker - I assume you're renting.

In case you aren't renting and need to organise the work yourself, you could give these guys a call:

I had new shutters from them and they did some minor repairs on my Rollladen so I expect that they could also handle your repair (although it's not mentioned on the website) or in the worst case they would be able to tell you who to contact for repairs.

It was my fault and therefore I want to organise and get it rectified by me ASAP.

At least on our blinds, there is a sticker on the bottom of each blind giving the name and contact details of the company that installed them. That's who I would call in the first instance, as they're likely to stock the appropriate repair parts.
