Let's say a person works on a contract with a company in CH. Is there a possibility to have a property in another country (i.e. UAE) and work most of the time from there if the work contract has no restriction on that.
If so, how the tax is implied considering in UAE there is no income tax?
If you have permission from your employer and are allowed to work in UAE, then there's no issue.
You will be taxed on worldwide income wherever you are deemed tax resident. It's possible to be tax resident in both countries, in which case you will pay Swiss tax - UAE tax being zero. Tax residency is determined by a number of criteria. Where your employer is based is not one of them. If you spend most of your time in UAE then you probably won't be tax resident in Switzerland.
Strictly, if you work 11 months in UAE and 1 month in Switzerland, while probably not tax resident in Switzerland, you will be liable to pay taxes on that 1 month's income.
