I don't think I've been to one hygienist here who was a native German speaker, mostly from either the US or Canada, and seem to be anything from an A2 to a B1 level of the language. The level of conversation and vocabulary isn't too wide ranging in my experience of sitting in the chair having my teeth cleaned.
I think it's also a good place to start in Switzerland as a dentist (the clients are provided / one can build up a reputation).
You could even get in touch with them now and ask them all your questions, I'm quiet sure they could provide you with answers. Including your chances to work with them. As you want to study you won't want to work 100% and at this place you probably wouldn't have to.
Thank you thats actually a good option. But the sad thing with that is i am a postgraduate specialist and working as an hygienist is not my specialty.. So i have to think about it.. But stil i will.. Thank you friend
And when i get my license u can have an Indian dentist too
Thats great.. Thank you my friend.. I wil surely contact them.. Thank you soo much
Good luck and let us know what happens. Real life experiences are always useful for others in the same/similar situations.
