Did you use it? or someone else? I'm thinking about use that service, could you give me any feedback?
thanks
- you book online a few days ahead saying what time you will arrive at the airport
- they meet you right at the terminal, pretty much next to the first class check in
- this is great because you dont have schlepp your luggage from the long stay in the rain or snow
- when you return (you tell them your flight number) they meet you right outside the terminal and take you to your car, although if they can they will bring you the car directly (all but once)
- it costs way less than P5 and you get the terminal to terminal service.
My only slight caveat would be that they rent surplus parking spaces in unsecured areas from businesses around the airport. It's Switzerland so Im not too worried, plus I generally just leave the "runaround", but if you have something rare and precious, I would check.
It's a start-up and the guy who runs it is really nice, polite and dedicated. They are growing quite quickly.

PS If you use them, let them know you got the recommendation on the englishforum.ch!
Give it a try if you are travelling as a family!

I did not choose park n fly because it says that when you arrive, you still have to take a shuttle to your car (valet service is only for departure and not arrival).
So I used airport parking instead:
-Drive up to the departures area near check-in 2 and park your car at one of the short term car parks. Pay Fr.2 for the car park (for 15 minutes)
- drop off your keys at their counter which is next to the info counter in check-in 2. Someone will drive your car away.
-when you come back, pick up your keys from the same spot.
-your car is waiting for you near the rental car offices in parking 3.
The only small disadvantage is that if you have a lot of luggage, you still need to schlepp everything to parking 3 when you get back. On the other hand, with park n fly, you still need to put all your luggage into the shuttle, yada yada... Price wise, it is only very slightly more expensive than parknfly.
I much prefer airport parking.
Park'n'fly has one advantage in that they supposedly sometimes hand over your car right outside the terminal when you arrive. Never happened to me. Instead, it is a hassle getting into their minibus with all your luggage, other people, no child seats for your kids, etc.
Airport parking - yeah, you have to walk a bit to your car in P3, but it is a short walk. And they actually put a plastic seat cover on the driver seat to keep it clean. Very professional.
Coming back from holidays in Portugal, I would share my perfect experience with them.
1. Flying from Zurich to Faro via Munich, leaving early in the morning : departure planned at 09:00 (left home at 05:30)
So when we arrived (easily thanks to video posted on website), a guy was waiting along the departure road. He took the key, checked the payment and wished us a good flight !
When we came back, I called while I was waiting for my luggages and 10min later, arriving in the departure area again, my car was waiting almost at the same place ! So nice when you have 2 kids tired at 22:30 !
10/10 service ! Will see me again !!
