Zurich - going out alone. Is it safe? What would be the best places to go?

Hi everybody

I would really like to go out tonight instead of spending this evening at home by PC or TV. Started to think about it only today and unfortunately till now I haven't found a company.

Not sure it is a good idea, but how do you think - is it safe for a woman to go out alone in Zurich? What would be the best places?

Or maybe here is somebody with the same problem and we could go out together? Or maybe here is a company I could join?

Never had a problem out in Zurich, but I never went at night where I had never been before in the day.

Just be sensible.

Yes it's safe to go out alone in Zurich, it would be hard to find a safer place as a single woman.

I never faced problems, if some creepy person starts conversation just change table or bar.

Of course there are few addresses where I would never go as a women but then you will know from the windows or door decoration / information that the place is not meant for you .
