ZVV network 1 day pass - what should I see

I’m sure you’ve heard about :

I’m planning to take advantage of this and visit a place I’ve not been before.
But I’m looking for help on picking a place.

Is there somewhere in the ZVV network that you think would be a great 1 day visit.

It’s only 1 day - it’s free transportation, I have no specific interest other than seeing an area/a town / a waterfall that makes the day worth it.

All recommendations appreciated.

ME:

  • mobile (no movement restrictions)
  • Single traveler (so if I don’t like the place I’m at I can change without asking anyone)
  • No specific interests - just a day traveling by train/bus/boat to see what I normally drive by.

take the S4 to Uetliberg, walk to Felsenegg and take the cable car down, walk to Kilchberg and take the boat back to Bürkliplats.

Thanks for posting this, I hadn't read about it actually so now can plan a day out too I'm thinking we'll head down to Rapperswil then maybe go out on the boat further up the lake.
