How about a trip up into the mountains somewhere that you haven't been before? Perhaps to stay in a small mountain village with traditional cooking in the restaurants.
I had the BEST valentines present in my life on friday, if i could i would have this EVERYDAY for the rest of my life if i could , i would also travel hundreds of miles for it. I had a relaxing massage with an Ice Mask, ok this is what happened, you enter the room where is smell`s wonderful, with a candle burning, you lie down and they start to massage your chest, then your shoulds, a little at the top of your back, then the whole of your face, head, then they put the mask on, while the mask is on they massage your arms and hands, when it was over i just wanted to sleep i was so relaxed, they said i could have the room how long i wanted to have a sleep, (i had to get home for the children, so couldn`t sleep there) when i got home i climbed into bed and just felt so WONDERFUL, and relaxed, i rang my husband and told him he was the best husband every and i loved him to death . he as promised me i can go every other month , it cost`s 120frcs for 55mins, but worth every penny. Again it was the best feeling in the world, sorry for going on, but WOW, FANTASTIC, WONDERFUL, NOTHING LIKE IT IN THE WORLD
I would recommened this for anyone i can`t wait for my next one

Many of the local vineyards have a scheme where you can 'Adopt a vine'. This means that for around chf 200, you get a bottle of wine produced by the vine each year for ten years.
I've done this for a few special gifts and the receivers have loved it.
The only downside is that many of the vineyards that offer this service require you to collect the wine in person - so you'd need to check that if you are not planing on sticking around for that long.
Road biking on the moon, sounds like a good challenge for the future
Not to spoil the thread but I think the combination of outdoor activity and good cuisine is recommended. I would highly recommend a trip to Girona, Spain, beautiful area for outdoor pursuits and great Spanish cuisine if you like that sort of thing. There should be plenty of foodie opportunities in the area.
