Assuming it's for a house/apartment, are you in a rented property or do you own it? If it's rented, you'll have to run it by the landlord or agency that owns the place.
If it's for a car/shed/chastity belt, try a locksmith.

If it helps, losing the key isn't the end of the world so long as you didn't lose it with any identifying information. My boss lost his bunch of keys including the one to his apartment but his landlord said that because he didn't lose them with any identifiers he only had to pay for a new key to be cut.
Check with your landlord, it might not be a case of replacing all the locks/keys in the building.
Each key normally operates the main door of the building and its own apartment door. If you have to change the lock it means nobody's key works anymore and everyone needs a new one and therefore a new lock for their own apartments.

Maybe Coop Bau und Hobby but as a warning you would probably be in breach of your contract if you go changing locks in a rented place.
Normally the caretaker or agency has a copy of the keys in case of an emergency, fire or flood. So not a good idea to change the lock - you really should discuss with with your landlord/agency - or you risk have huge expense and trouble on your hands.

They might have to obtain your landlord ́s permission before working on the lock / door. I paid CHF275 for a replacement lock with two keys which was done only after my Landlord gave them authorisation. Keys were the KABA types.

Ask "The reception guy" to order the replacement spare keys for you! He is probably the Concierge, and he has a pass key , and that is not a copy of your key.

Jeeez, there's no helping or even trying to explain to some folk sometimes.... The key to your place is not just the key to there and you can not just change the locks you also cannot copy the doorman's one... If you have lost the key you have to report it, you do not have Authority to change the locks, you will be charged....

That is ridiculous because consider I have rented an apartment, then not only I have the keys, the landlord (which is a person or agency) also has the same keys. So in case of theft, I can directly complain the landlord I can say that he also has my apartment keys.
