Disappointment with Deindeal.ch

I have mixed emotions. On a personal basis, some of their products are sketchy and I have had a very unpleaseant massage but have also had good experiences. On the other hand I have used them professionally and consider it advertisement paid by offering a good service and my time. Did you know that if you pay 40chf for a service, the therapist receives 20chf, providing they actually provide you with the service? If not, Deindeal gets the total amount. Many therapists do Deindeal or Groupon in the hopes of attracting new clientele in this manner and wind up dissappointed and sometimes downright unpleasant. Beware of deals that have many buyers, you won't necessarily get good service!

Hi,

We're sorry to read that some of you are not fully satisfied with our products and services. Feel free to send us an email to help[at]deindeal.ch (ideally with your email and order ID). You can also reach us at the following number : 0848 500 501.

DeinDeal Customer Care

Hello Deindeal and thank you for your prompt response. After countless phonecalls to the above number and 5 emails to which I have never received an answer, I finally resolved the issue. I only wished that I had posted on this forum a few months ago!

Glad to hear the problem has been solved.

(Btw, you can also reach out on our Facebook page next time you need assistance)

Best.

Might have happened quickly if you’d actually responded to her calls/e-mails.

If you complain about the service on their facebook website, trip advisor or under their address on google maps I am almost sure this will speed things up! They will give you the money + apology. If not, hopefully they will learn it is not the best idea to ignore deindeal customers. There is nothing worse for a business like this than bad PR. It happened to me after coming back from thai massage course in Thai Hand, Amsterdam. Lovely Spanish teachers but very "mañana" and not organized. I was waiting for my diploma and wrote them several times but no answer for weeks. After I mentioned there is a problem on their Facebook website I received very sweet emails with " hey Izabela, guess what? Your diploma is already on he way" . Posts on Facebook can be removed so no damage to them. I just had to scar them a bit to wake them up but it worked.

Just so you know, if your unhappy clients have to call you out on social media, you've already failed in customer service- your client is angry, and they've made it public, so your reputation has been damaged.

If you have a contact number and email, answer it. That should ALWAYS be your first line of response.

Hi All,

We are aware that we made mistakes in the past and have been working hard in the last months to provide a service we can be proud of.

Our phone line is now available 5 days a week and we significantly improved the response time to messages.

Sorry to all of you who've a sub-par experience with us. We hope to get a chance to show you we've changed.

Best,

DeinDeal

We have ordered a few things from Deindeal and had a few issues with the end seller and I have to say Deindeal were fantastic and very quick to respond and refund our money.

With all business there will be some folks who don't receive good customer service, you are just unfortunate if its you.

Thanks Connor for your nice words.

For anyone who'd like to give us a second chance, here's a 10% off discount code valid until the end of March : EXPAT10

Liebe Grüsse

DeinDeal

I almost feel bad for neg repping you now

So all it takes is a 10% discount and a couple of standard damage controlling promises to turn you?

Dein Deal has and have had the most arrogant and damaging attitude towards its customers in internet history. It baffles me they are still around. Ive ordered 3 things and received nothing. It took me a YEAR to get my money back for one of the items.

Im happy they are trying to get their act together but im never using them again.

ermmmm...yes?

I think with Deindeal they're good as long as everything goes ok. The moment you have any problem they become useless.

We have ordered items in the past through Deindeal and have been very happy with them. However, I have now spent over a month trying to get a refund from them for a returned item and still have not received even a decent reply let alone my money back. I have used email / phone calls and their Live Chat but nothing seems to work. Their customer service is beyond useless.

This has put me off ever using them again.

Hi MissMac.

Very sorry to read this. Can you send me a private message with your order ID and / email address? I'll clarify the situation with our customer care.

Best,

Marie

Think MissMac (and the rest of EF) will need a 20% coupon to keep us happy this time

This whole thread is amazing! Just shows you what *FORUM POWER* can do!!

Maybe you should have a look at our facebook page today then.

I'll make sure MissMac case is solved as soon as possible.

Best, Marie

Yes, I would also recommend qoqa.ch. I don't order much but so far so good.

There was an article last week in LeMatin about a customer who bought CHF 800- worth of sports car racing and the provider defaulted in the meantime. DienDeal/Groupon declined responsability and the client lost it all.
