Good night everybody

I find that without magnesium I can manage two to three days after that it feels like having ants in my jammies, especially after the gym.
So I would say that magnesium does help

Sounds like you do reasonable exercise but do you do any gentle cardio? Maybe a brisk walk in the early evening for 10-15 mins would gently get the blood pumping around the extremities and stave off the cramp.

Hmm! Come to think about it, I do cycle and swim, just not in winter so much.

If found that when I do not exercise or when I eat too much, my sleeping is very bad. Exercise until my body feels tired, then I will sleep like a log.

My sympathies

The last three nights, one of my dogs had frequent bouts of diarrhea.
I was hoping to get some sleep tonight, but now the other one has started.

The tablets from the vet have less than a magical effect.

How did that pan out?

Finally the vet prescribed active carbon solution and after 24 hours we were back to normal except everything was black.

@marton, what on earth had they gotten into? If both were ill, had they eaten something verboten? Or was is a virus? BTW, carbon is a lifesaver!

First they had hookworm, then probably a virus as a laboratory test did not find anything and finally we found one of them was bringing horse chestnuts home and sharing them.
