You know, if this isnt some sinister plot to Orwellize the new world order and just Trump getting his billionare rocks off, I will be very disappointed.
They will probably sell him the 1951 Greenland Defense Agreement, pretend it is brand new and say he is the king of deals.

I reckon that the United States is likely to end up with the same sort of deal from Denmark in Greenland, that the British achieved in Cyprus following Cypriot Independence in 1960, Namely Sovereign Base Areas in Greenland ( perhaps including Sovereign Mining areas as well ? ) to keep Trump happy.
