Midday was an exaggeration to mean in full sunshine. I mean why have all the fancy light work/lcd screen etc in daylight.
Well the alternative would have been inside at Hallenstadion which is smaller or to start a concert at 22:00 which is kind of late…
It was beautiful! I love Letzigrund Stadion in summer for concerts with the sun going down etc.
It was fantastic as the sun slowly went down and the light faded.
It was perfect.
Summer concerts are always going to start during daylight hours.
