Is there a way to get a permit for this?
Highly unlikely, why would you need a silencer for a pistol ?
Your first step would be to go ask the Police/Gendarmerie
Have a muzzle flash suppressor already but would like to take it a step further.
Am surprised that a threaded barrel requires a special permit as another pistol in my collection (H&K Mk 23 .45) by default comes with a threaded barrel and I do not recall that being a special aspect of the process to obtain the permit to acquire that pistol.
Getting an adjusted threaded barrel for the Sig shouldn't be too difficult as they can be bought over the counter in the US.
I suggest to be really sure, bring it back cabin baggage
M made it for me.

Now. Back to your gun.

I don't know the exact criteria in Switzerland, but I'm given to understand that typically it is the pressure bearing components which are tracked and licensed in Europe. Under that criteria a barrel would most certainly count, and it wouldn't surprise me at all if bringing one into the country without Swiss paperwork was tantamount to smuggling in a complete gun.
Have you considered joining a local gun club? Besides providing a time and place to practice, you might find people knowledgeable about the local rules and criteria. Quite possibly, they'd have more knowledge than the typical random forum goer. Also, once they got to know you, they'd presumably be less prone to confuse you with a stereotypical out-of-control American gun nut.
