Ace, I have had a lot of grieving in my life, and what I learned was that after the initial flurry of condolences, people tend to get wrapped up in the holidays, their families, work, etc. I hope you don’t feel forgotten just because the traffic has slowed. I’m still grieving over here, and I’m still thinking of your loss too. Peace to you.
Hi Ace,
i haven’t been in the forum for a while and just read your sad news. Please let us know if we can do anything for you. My deepest condolences to you. Please keep us updated and know you are not alone. xo
I’m so sorry to hear this, Ace. Wishing you strength to cope with it all. Please accept my deepest sympathy.
I am really sorry to hear this ace. One assumes people will just be there, be present, be part of their life and then nature just turns the wheel of life and it all changes.
Many condolences.
Creates a void which ends up getting filled.
@ace, it’s been a year. I hope you are well and healing, if that’s possible. There is a beautiful Swedish poem/song that struck me in my loss…it goes like this:
You rest calmly, you rest so calmly in the night’s breath.
In the dusk we meet
Shadows in dreamlike dance melt together and now
You rest so calmly in my heart you heart-still, loveliest nightwind.
Rest my friend, my beloved. You.
Such sad news to read. Please accept my sincere condolences at this difficult time. Wishing you strength.
My most sincere condolences. Nothing that we can say will help much - the healing process will take its time. Hope by keeping your mind busy with other chores - like selling the car- will at least provide some moments of solace.
Thanks for the thoughts guys. Appreciated.
