I've had the OnePlus one for over a month now and it's an excellent phone....when it isn't randomly rebooting.
All phones have problems. Even high end expensive Apple phones (bendgate, antennagate) but with an Apple you pop in the store and get it swapped.
OnePlus support is absymal. The worst I have ever encountered. I don't even want a refund I want an RMA. They simply ignore emails.
Then when some incremental software updste is released they will send an automated batch file for it and say this will fix the problem. It doesn't.
Great phone. But if you have a problem you're screwed. Beware!
That's good to know, thanks..
Sean, did you get your phone? Are you having similar issues?

My brother got one the same day and had no problems.
The random reboots seem to be quite common if you read the forums. The bad customer service is universal

Happy days. My RMA has been approved!
Support ticket was submitted on the 27th of September and it was only approved the day after I escalated my PayPal claim to a dispute. I won't be cancelling the dispute until I have the new phone in hand (since I can't open another!)

My OPO will be here just after Thanksgiving. It's coming the personal route not the UPS route....my choice, no rush, I love my Nexus 5 with Lollipop

there are many Chinese websites which do ship to Switzerland. I have not tried them out personally but my friend has (and he is happy the way the website kept him posted on the PRESales order)

Yeh if you think OnePlus support is bad then this will be worse.
They aren't officially supported by OnePlus and usually come with colorOS rather than cyanogenmod
There are sellers on the
Amazon market place . Protection should be slightly better.

Best bet would be one someone is reselling on eBay I think. But you have to make sure you have all the documentation to get a warranty repair.
The support is an absolute joke and I only managed to get an RMA after escalating my PayPal dispute. I even got two support emails in one day

My Oneplus One was picked up today for it's RMA. TNT were excellent to deal with.
Back to my Nexus 5 for now. Android 5.0 lollipop is very nice. Battery life is much improved but nowhere near OPO territory.
Let's see how long before my replacement OPO arrives!
I've got Oneplus invites if anyone is interested.
Or the same one with a note to say they've patched it with some special software

Na this one is going back to Hong Kong. New one is coming from their warehouse in London.
This time for black Friday, the oneplus one is available again without an invite.
I've been using mine for three weeks now - no complaints!

Got my replacement phone yesterday and there don't seem to be any issues so far
Did you have to pay for the replacement or did they just send the replacement?
And, did you have to pay customs?
Thanks
The next one will be oneplus two , isn't it?

I had it delivered to my UK address so no customs. Replacement was covered under warranty so there was no cost to me (other than time)
I understand... so the only way to get it in that way is from an address in the EU.
