Hers arrived today and mine are on the detour via Zuerich to the ePost office. I love the ePost for their services, but Mail that I need physically gets delayed by a day. No big deal in this case.

What do you think, when will we finally be able to stop getting all the printed materials with our ballots? Today’s envelope was especially heavy. All that information is already available online. For years we’ve had the option to refuse receipts and coupons at Migros and Coop. Even regular paper mail has gone down a lot compared to ten years ago. How many voters actually need these printed brochures? Definitely not that half that doesn’t bother to vote, and probably not many of the rest either.
Honestly, I think they should stop sending them by default and just put a QR code with the link on the ballot paper. Anyone who really wants the paper version could explicitly express their wish to do so.

The Eigenmietwert proposal doesn’t even mention Eigenmietwert.
Dunno if that is good or bad - or just daft…
It is more than daft, it is purposely misleading and infuriating! It pretends dropping Eigenmietwert is a given and all we need to decide about is whether of not it will still be charged on second homes.
People will think that if they vote no, the Eigenmietwert is dropped on both first home and second home (one version some politicians aimed for).
This vote is about a change of constitution.
I want to know who formulated this question and see him/her hang.

Mine arrived yesterday. I asked the postie who told me deliveries are staggered over 4 day to not overwhelm the system.
