Not pricey lol.
You could try COOP or Migros, for their fine range of pre-packed Sushi.
I know this one: http://ginger-restaurant.ch/restaurant Needless to say that's not only pricey, but actually really expensive, even for Switzerland.
Cheap-ish alternative, but also a chain, not sure how good they are, but they're all over the place and seem to fare well, so it probably can't be completely horrible: https://www.yoojis.com/
There's also this: https://www.negishi.ch/ which personally, I like, though only for take-out.
Might be worth a try - the decor looked OK. Personally I love the food in Ginger but hate the interior.
Very reasonable for lunch (CHF 20 - 25)

I'll definitely try out some of your suggestions
Day 1 was superb. Day 2 great too. Both days we ordered the daily set menu.
Day 3, I wanted a noodle soup - they have a fantastic menu. Soup comes and its really tasty and I eat it. Towards the end of the bowl, I remembered that it was supposed to come with chicken breast but it was not there. It was so weird, I should have complained, but decided to let it go as I had a fever and just did not have the energy to argue. Plus the question would have been, why didn't I ask right at the outset. The soup tasted really good though.
Day 4, colleagues went there. Came back completely upset because some of the fish in the sushi had gone bad. Imagine biting into bad raw fish and having to control your gag reflex. Both of them were so miserable, they decided not to go back, at least till they have been able to overcome their trauma. We hope that both Day 3 and 4 experiences were simply unfortunate experiences and not something that happens regularly.
That seems reasonable for Zürich
Heard only good things about Samurai Sushi. It's like a family business, they treat you like one and the food is amazing.
Ginger was a huge disappointment but I guess it was because we were sitting at the bar. I wonder if the a la Carte service has better options because we basically ate simple sushi all we wanted for 80 francs (there are better restaurants mentioned already with better food choices).
BTW, I passed by Sala of Tokyo today and they're closing down (open until 29.05)? I've never been there but people say it's one of the best (but the priciest).
