"schiiser" is a bit difficult. Depending on the context it could mean either sth. like "little shitter" or "coward", but it is diffcult to guess whether there is a negative or a positive undertone to it.

As I said, the undertone is difficult to guess. But it is certainly not meant in a very negative way, as it is "youth slang" (you know, where "your da sh*t, dude" is actually a compliment).
