Down here it’s going to be cold, cloudy an snowy, but very little wind. Perfect.

Didn’t last long and didn’t lay at all. Just wanted to show it could. 
Last Sunday I walked the dogs without needing a coat.
This morning it snowed, this afternoon a thunderstorm and now snowing again.
Snowing and we’re having a nice winter time… 
Yeah, sort of been a “don’t like the weather, wait 5 minutes” thing today. Snow, rain, sunshine, snow again a little while ago just to show it could.

Last summer there was a crazy storm in La Chaux des Fonds. A year later MeteoSuisse publishes an investigation report of the event. It raises more questions than providing answers haha
Sadly, there’s not enough meteorological data to determine precisely what happened. By looking at the damage on trees, houses and other structures…it was a tornado-like wind circulation pattern, and it was a downburst too. The wind velocity measured by a meteorological station is considered valid because the manufacturer has certified the instrument up to 60 m/s. The device measured 57 m/s over 3 seconds or 205 kmh.
Overall, interesting to see that some structures need to be designed to withstand winds like these.
There are rumors that the Summer may arrive today. I don’t believe this…i’m just tired of cleaning the running shoes and the bike

Usually we get your leftover weather, but this week will be hot and sunny. There’s a small disturbance (thunderstorm) on Friday afternoon, but the next 8 days are sunny. Time to scrub the terraces. Yay!
