Tessie is one of those apps affected by the price change that Tesla is bringing to user of its API(s).
I’m one of those users that don’t use any other app than the Tesla app (and ABRP then and now). I should probably use one of those apps like Tessie to see long-term trends in battery-health and degradation - but I just can’t get myself to do that. Most require either some sort of account on someone else’s server - or a server of my own.
ASS remains ASS in my opinion. In Europe it is limited to 6m. In the states I believe it is 45m. It’s pointless… since the Model Y is about 5m long it basically means you can summon it one car length.
Apple watch integration is nice to have but it seems the option for pre-heating the car is just on or off. Not particularly useful compared to the phone.
The best feature of the Apple watch is being able to unlock and even drive the car without the phone or card. I often go for a jog and don’t have my phone with me so its useful being able to get something from the car.
I can see this being pretty attractive if it comes to Europe, even with the small price bump. A car you can easily run for half million km (same motors and battery) for absolutely free.
P.S Tesla t&c exclude commercial use so not going to work for Taxis
Outright EV battery explosions appear to be extremely rare. What are the odds of a random extremely rare explosion happening exactly in front of a Trump building?
On the other hand it’s entirely unthinkable that a left extremist could have planned and executed such a terrorist attack. They’re all totally peaceful and none of them has any violent thoughts, says one Luigi Mangione.
Oh come on! You are making unhinged speculation that really doesn‘t deserve any kind of serious response. Come back when they‘ve confirmed that it‘s a ‘left extremist‘. Christ.
Of course, it’s all totally innocent. And anyways, anybody loghing in a Trump establishment deserves no better, isn’t that really what you want to say.
Battery explosions start with a fire, a violent crash or immersion in water. The video you shared shows none of them. Only a explosion out of the blue, it’s suspicious.
