I like the design element on the seats of there being a space for the ZVV Logo and placard, but it is left unadorned. A lovely little touch.
provided the seat has a headrest, otherwise the body stays in place while the head keeps moving. now the complain would be about whiplash

The same thing happened again today. Emergency stop and I had to hold onto the seat to stop sliding off. This VBZ should be taken to court! Pity I donāt have a million or two sitting in the bank. Then I would bring a case against them.
Iām more worried about all these emergency stops lately.
What happened to the ātram always has right of wayā? I mean itās not that trams come out of the blue on unpredictable paths.

On both occasions I was wearing my new raw denim jeans. They seem to slip more than normal.
In addition to the slippiness and hardness, there seem to be less seats - and they feel smaller.

Yes they are smaller. THe Swiss are small people.
But 25% of the users are not Swiss. Plus the tourists.
So no excuse.
