Thanx!!! That's not bad at all.
CHF 50 for a brazilian? Great price. Thanks for the info. I would have imagined the globus spa to be a lot more expensive.
Well, I just checked the website of Globus and it seems a brazilian costs 70.-
Do these places know how to do it so that it avoids those painful ingrowing hairs post-waxing? This is the only side effect which has now completely put me off. Lower legs get so painful after a couple of weeks.
It's not the waxer but you're own body that is causing the in-grown hairs (try always exfoliatling really well several days after waxing). You might want to check with your aesthetician as I know products are available that can help stop in-grown hairs (you apply it for several days after waxing).
YIKES! Sorry. I guess the price must have gone up since the beginning of the year
I know the full legs and regular bikini prices are still the same.
I had a prob with ingrown hairs, too. The gal who used to do my waxes in the States recommended exfoliating with (don't laugh) a Scotch Brite sponge (the pink and white one, if you can find it) and using a body oil (like Nuxe Huile Prodigieuse) or shea butter. So I figured I'd give it a whirl, and it worked really well. No more ingrown hairs. You can also use an alpha-hydroxy acid if the ingrown hair problem is really severe.
I also tried brown sugar scrub (like Fresh's, but I make my own) and, between the sugar grains and the oil, that works pretty well, too.
And you paid 150CHF after all that???
