I got into listening to Squeeze again recently, love the fact their songs are little stories. Pulling Mussels From a Shell makes me think about being a teenager on holiday ![]()
I used to post on this thread back in the day before it dawned on me how tedious my choices must be for someone who isnāt exactly like me. So I stopped.
I donāt know if itās good or bad, but music shared here is not more or less tedious than any of the opinions we share on other threads. For example, 9 min long pop songsā¦

I first heard this joyful Mass one Christmas in the early '80s, emanating from my homesick Argentinian neighbourās window. I was instantly struck by its sheer exuberance, and I hunted down the right recording (because there are lots of mediocre ones). It takes 30 seconds before the fun startsā¦it will always mean Christmas to me.
Iām a bit into listening to that kinda weird background relaxation music you get on CDs because Iām on a course for Meditation and CBT at the moment.
As itās near Christmas Iāll be getting out Handelās Messiah (love it when Iām decorating the tree) and Iāll also be listening to some medieval Christmas music.
I love classical Spanish guitar and have that with Christmas Dinner ![]()
