What's your favorite Restaurant in Zurich?

http://www.linde-oberstrass.ch/

It's the go-to place amongst my work mates whenever we have an occasion. We all like cordon bleu :-)

But we also like their beer.

I agree....and I am half Korean.

Expensive, but worth every penny.

Are there any good restaurants in Zürich?

Terasse by Bellevue or Outback on Monday nights

I really liked Mama Africa in Hardbrueke. Not too prices but excellent food. A* recommended.

www.restaurant-vulkan.ch/ - for great Indian and warm hospitality. I often order special dishes which are not on the menu and they always accomodate me very well.

http://www.les-halles.ch/ - for delicious Mussels in a white wine cream sauce, mopped up with crusty bread. Very nice.

http://www.brunnentor.ch/ - in Uster for the BEST Wiener Schnitzel and fries.

http://www.ochsen-uster.ch/ - in Uster for a big fat juicy Pork Chop and excellent service.

Masala in Stauffacherstrasse (Zürich) is pretty good for Indian cuisine

Not to be confused with Marsala http://www.marsala.ch/ in Rapperswil

I enjoyed the Vindaloo at Masala but it was not hot enough (even though I asked for extra hot...). My home made curries are better, but for eating out Masala offers good service and reasonable price.

Says the guy that seems to never leave Seefeld

Is that "pseudo hip urban Swiss" vs. "expat posh" or what?

Best Swiss Gastro Winners : not sure how many of these are in Zurich though, except the one where I've food 5 days a week and it's awesome!

I there do not ask for "extra hot" but "bitte ' the real thing" and then it is as spicy as you can find it anywhere in London ! You possibly look "English" and many people are "careful" those "Englishmen" ....

Which is silly of course - every knows Indian food comes from England.

Yumihana has probably become my favorite. Went over a few days ago with some friends from overseas and had a brilliant lunch. Warm, friendly and quick service with delicious food.

We had the chicken bulgogi, pork bulgogi and beef bulgogi as well as the Kimchi soup. Everything was great.

I wish they were open for dinner. Nevertheless, when the weather is nice, they have tables outside where one can enjoy great food, cold beers and good service. Great place for lunch.

I can't decide between these 2: http://www.restaurantbuergli.ch/page...ome/index.html in Wollishofen

and

L'O: http://www.lo-horgen.ch/index-e.aspx Not in ZH city but in ZH canton-Horgen.

You all are forgetting some of my favorites:
