That being said it has saved me the last couple days, as the humid cold was pretty bad to walk in for 20 min a day.
It also allows me to not have to change what I wear by season--no more layering up under work clothes.
I got mine last year on my-store as well, good deal.
Since then, it's been in Canadian December, Ekaterineburg (-15), and the top of Kilimanjaro (-18).
I'm not a fan of being another look-a-like sheep in Zurich (many fewer in Canada, but many knockoffs as well), but for the comfort I guess I could care less.
I'm no PETA member, but that article does seem very grounded in common sense as to the ethics of the coyote trapping, and why fur isn't necessary on the majority (if not all) of their jackets.
Interesting read, but I do feel this article is sensationalist and more anti-Canada Goose company.
Personally I removed the coyote part, I've only used it when it was very windy or snow, in which case it is fabulous! (much like myself)
There are other lists as well.
Hopefully you were not being serious.
Amazingly warm too, and I'm sure barring accident or injury it will give me many years of good service.
You see, some winter coats are warm and elegant too. It is possible to have both. I recently saw beautiful woman in Prada winter coat on Christmas market in Zurich. It was very dark green shiny coat with natural fur, absolutely stunning and it looked warm. I think for a woman who wants to look good/attractive/elegant CG jackets are too sporty.
If I put on thick elegant wool winter coat i have a chance to look Really Good in it but if I wear CG coat I will probably look like well... a woman in CG coat if you know what I mean. Everyone will recognize CG brand but it won't make me look any better.
Don't misunderstand me. I think they are great and I might get one one day but I really think they are not pretty enough. What I like about them most is the natural fur and how warm they are. The quality is fantastic but not the look.
There was one Canada Goose female coat I found at the airport and liked it but it was rather long and in light cream color.. I guess light colors for winter jackets are not very practically but hey. I think if you match it with good leather boots and really nice handbagg/scarf there is a chance to look decent . Otherwise it is too sporty for me. Most of men look good in them. Simple design, very good quality, natural fur, lovely but I am not sure about this look for women as we have really a lot of choices. Apart from good quality and recognized brand they look average. Zero elegance, practical and sporty which I don't like.
Perfect!

Oh yes PETA did you made your donation to theme yet ?
Oh Yes PETA ! Have You made your donation YET to them
However while I'm no animal rights activist I know full well that real fur is not needed in 99% of weather situations that the average person who buys a CG (or other fur-lined parka) will be in, and I don't personally want to be wearing real fur as a fashion statement in urban environments.
Maybe my mind will change when I go on an arctic expedition where the properties of real fur will actually be useful, but until then...
