Haas has signed Esteban Ocon on a multi-year contract for the 2025 Formula 1 season.
This has been o e of the most entertaining F1 season for a long time.
I feel really sorry for poor George today but at least the tram has accepted responsibility for it.
The next season of âDrive to Surviveâ will certainly be a good one. Lewis must me questioning his move to Ferrari, but I guess he will have so much money from the deal. I do wish Aston could move themselves up. So much investment and so little to show for it.
Sainz to Williams for 2025.
Thatâs a step down for him but he didnât have too many options once his spot at Ferrari was given to Hamilton.
Heâs a good driver so he may be just what Williams needs to improve their performance although theyâll need improvements to the car too.
Williams is doing great progress in their long-term plans, but in the short term theyâre kind of stuck. Their facilities are old, they need to revamp a lot of it, and most of it quite critical for a competitive car. Theyâre well on their way to achieve that, but the time it takes, is more than a couple of seasons unfortunately.
I loved Sainz in Ferrari, and as a fan of the team I also liked the chemistry with Leclerc - it gave such a nice vibe and I think with a better car they would be a great duo. Heâs a great driver, and looks like a great guy as well, and as much as I respect Williamsâ heritage and like them for deeply personal reasons, itâs kind of a shame that Sainz will go there and most probably waste a couple of seasonsâŠ
Well done, Lando Norris

Itâs a shame Lando is so bad at starts and rarely manages to maintain his pole position advantage.
If Maclaren had had a better strategy yesterday they could have taken that race but they are still in with a good chance of taking the constructorâs title and Norris has a very slim chance of taking the driverâs title.
Itâs been a much more interesting season this year without the Verstappen dominance.
I was cooking and watching the race. It took me like 5 laps to realize that the McLaren in front was not Norris. And, big party in Milano.
McLaren have blown the drivers championship, they needed to back Lando 100% to have any chance. Zak Brown doesnât seem to care about the drivers championship, just the constructors.
Itâs funny, at the start of the season, Lando and Oscar would have been stoked with a 2-3, now they both look like someone killed their puppy after the race.
I am very much enjoying seeing RedBull implode though.
McLaren couldnât do much for Lando at Azerbaijan after what happened with him in the qualifying and it was good to see that he helped Oscar by holding off Sergio Perez for a couple of laps. I think we will see McLaren doing anything they can to help Lando score as many points as possible to close the gap with Max in the WDC and I think Oscar will also be ready to help Norris in this driversâ Championsship battle.
Lando Norris wins the Singapore GP to keep his hopes of winning the WDC alive.
It was an interesting race in spite of the track making overtakes really scarce. Quite refreshing to see this dude drive:
Lando was driving like an idiot when there was absolutely no need. He almost ended his race twice.
Toyota to return to F1 in partnership with Haas
Japanese car company Toyota is returning to Formula 1 after a 15-year absence in a partnership with the US-based Haas team.
Toyota, which withdrew its own team from F1 at the end of 2009, has become Haasâ âtechnical partnerâ.
A statement from Haas and Toyota said the two companies would âshare expertise and knowledge, as well as resourcesâ.
Toyota would provide âdesign, technical and manufacturing servicesâ, it said, while Haas will give âtechnical expertise and commercial benefitsâ.
There will be Toyota branding on the Haas cars starting at the United States Grand Prix in Austin, Texas, from 18-20 October.
Haas will continue to use Ferrari power-units, having earlier this year extended their contract with the Italian team until 2028.
United States Grand Prix Result.

Max Verstappen has won the Brazilian Grand Prix and now he is 62 points ahead of Lando Norris in the WDC.
